1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

Standard Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipment Delivery Estimates & Carriers Once processed, your package is handed over to our premium domestic carriers (such as FedEx, USPS, or SpeedX).

Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak seasons, but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

Multiple Packages To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, if you order multiple different items, they may occasionally be shipped from different US warehouse locations and arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. There are no additional shipping fees for separate deliveries.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged, or if you haven’t received your package within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer support team immediately at dotdealdot@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either issue a replacement or a full refund.
